Stun them silly with your accessories 10:33 AM
Browsing through Japanese magazines always leaves me with numerous questions - why haven't I got more crazy patterned clothes/leggings/necklaces?...And why don't I wear the ones I have more often???
A girl living in the forests..... 9:59 AM
...is a Mori girl.
A very good explanation.
Interesting that the Japanese even classify the types of dressing styles/trends they have....and wow they really just stick to that particular style, almost like belonging to a clan or something.
I was wondering if this girl I saw in the June issue of FRUiTs can be considered as a Mori girl. After all, she's got the long flowy skirt, neutral earth tones, girly accessories and overall romantic feel.

I like the way she accessorises!

How ingenious. 10:17 AM
Such ingenuity! Imagine how people will stare at your feet as you strut on the streets...
Show/Hide

in amusement. You can own this ingeniously designed pair of heels at only $2478!
I understand shoes nowadays increasingly elicit 'WTF?' reactions, but in a good way. You cant just jam any old equipment onto the heel and call it a day! Now they have done a pistol and a lightbulb..what next? Maybe a screwdriver? Actually that's cooler than a lightbulb...........

Design - Natural, without thought. 9:24 AM
Today i discovered this book. The CD player looked really familiar....

...and yes he's the guy who designed that iconic CD player for Muji. (WHYYYY didn't I get it when it was still in the store?)
"design means observing objectively.
it means being aware of our living nature,a simple element in
the larger environment.........
when it is just an object that happens to be there,
...no, not anonymous, just natural."
No wonder he's on the advisory board of Muji.
Even for a person like me who hates wearing watches, i like these.

I like this girl. 1:19 AM
Show/Hide
Daul Kim in CeCi May issue. Actually, i only like her legs. Kidding!! She has a kind of confidence. I like that in women.
Though some of her thoughts are hard for me to understand.
Also....why do 'fashiony' types like to TYPE LIKE THIS???????!!!
